Womb Whispers

Let’s be honest: As a woman or menstruating person in this society, it isn’t exactly easy to grow up with a lot of reverence for your body, nor your cycle. In this spiritual-feminist podcast about menstrual wisdom and activism for our modern times, I share musings, reflections and conversations to make living as a cyclical being (ALL beings are cyclical, by the way!) in a world set up for linear progress more easeful for you. Let yourself be inspired to detox from the systems of oppression you’ve most probably internalised, so you can walk the spirals of your life with more confidence and trust in yourself and your gorgeous body and reclaim the superpower and ancient wisdom already stored in your bones! And no, you don’t need to have a uterus to benefit from this!

Walking the Spirals of Life

2022-10-12

How can our cyclical nature help us know ourselves better and develop the inner trust that we are amazing the way we are? Women and people who bleed walk this cycle every month and doing it more consciously will help us navigate bigger transitions, too.

All Life is cyclical. Yet living in a society that is built in a linear fashion, focused on progression and constant expansion - better, higher, faster -, we can sometimes forget that ebbs and the downward spirals belong to life as much as the flows and upward spirals. In this episode I share how our cyclical nature can help us get to know ourselves better and better and develop the inner trust that we are already wonderful and amazing human beings, just as we are right now, in this moment. As women and people who bleed we walk the spirals every month, and doing it in a conscious way will help us stay deeply connected to who we are while navigating the bigger transitions in life.
