In this spiritual-feminist podcast about menstrual wisdom and activism for our modern times, I share musings, reflections and conversations to make living as a cyclical being (ALL beings are cyclical, by the way!) in a world set up for linear progress more easeful for you. Let yourself be inspired to detox from the systems of oppression you’ve most probably internalised, so you can walk the spirals of your life with more confidence and trust in yourself and your gorgeous body and reclaim the superpower and ancient wisdom already stored in your bones! Your body is always right – but how do you know what it wants to communicate?


Pain and symptoms are your body's last resort in getting your attention. Today I share how to start learning the language of your body so you can communicate with it effectively. Your body is always speaking to you – the question is, are you listening?

"Why is my body doing this to me?" Do you sometimes find yourself thinking that or a similar thought? You're not alone! The narratives we're collectively fed in the societies we live in, set you up against your body from the start, creating separation and deep wounding within. But pain and other symptoms are actually your body's last resort in getting you to listen. I often tell my clients (and friends and anyone who wants to listen to me raving about cycle awareness and embodied cyclical living) "Your body is always right!" But how do you know what it's actually trying to tell you? In this episode I share the foundation for learning to speak the language of your body, so you can start communicating with it effectively and build a unique and supportive relationship that's going to last for life.
