Womb Whispers

Let’s be honest: As a woman or menstruating person in this society, it isn’t exactly easy to grow up with a lot of reverence for your body, nor your cycle. In this spiritual-feminist podcast about menstrual wisdom and activism for our modern times, I share musings, reflections and conversations to make living as a cyclical being (ALL beings are cyclical, by the way!) in a world set up for linear progress more easeful for you. Let yourself be inspired to detox from the systems of oppression you’ve most probably internalised, so you can walk the spirals of your life with more confidence and trust in yourself and your gorgeous body and reclaim the superpower and ancient wisdom already stored in your bones! And no, you don’t need to have a uterus to benefit from this!

5 Simple Lifestyle Tweaks for Optimal (Pelvic) Health

2024-02-02

Whether you suffer from challenges in your female menstrual or menopausal health, or you've got a relatively strong and healthy body – these 5 simple tweaks in your everyday life will go a long way in tending to your optimal (pelvic) health and vitality

Through my training in women's/female (pelvic) health I recognised that there are five fundamental things that we do every day, that, when paid attention to, will make a big difference in your overal health, and your female (pelvic) health in particular. They not only help soothe your nervous system, reduce anxiety and improve concentration, they also enhance lymphatic and blood flow, keep your muscles smooth and supple (especially the pelvic floor) and help your digestion – thus allowing your body to do its daily repair processes. Listen in to find out: - How you can slow down time (or rather, reduce the speed of life) - Why the simple things matter - How to breathe well, drink well, chew well, move well and rest well in order to care for your (pelvic) health Resources I mentioned: Sign up for / Enroll in "Lymphatic Initiation – Boost your Immune System and Activate your Lymph Flow for Optimal (Pelvic) Health": https://lisa-jara.com/lymphatic-initiation Email me at lisa@lisa-jara.com or ask me anything here [https://lisa-jara.com/en/ask-me] Become part of my (email) community and receive weekly resources and support in your personal pelvic health:https://lisa-jara.com/en/moonday-musings Podcast "The reason why it feels so hard to rest": https://lisa-jara.com/en/blog/e42-the-reason-why-it-feels-so-hard-to-rest +++++ You can find the links and the transcript of this episode at: https://lisa-jara.com/en/blog/e45-5-simple-lifestyle-tweaks-for-optimal-pelvic-health
